She was walking her dog along the path along the ocean where I live on the ocean near the San Francisco Bay area looking out to sea. I looked at her and she walked right up to the car where my wife and I were watching the waves crash on the rocks. She walked forward toward the rocks to the edge of the cliff of around 10 to 20 feet above the ocean with her dog. She bent over to pet her dog. It was like she chose this place to get my attention but she didn't vibe like she was from earth.
But, when something like this happens (at least for me) I just know something is very different but I might not know exactly what it is. It was sort of like looking at a female actor in a role with her dog and less like a human being doing these things.
Because I'm a clairvoyant none of her actions internally (mentally or emotionally) made any sense to me at all. It was like someone appearing to be human playing the role of a human being for some purpose or other. Then, she walked towards the front of our car staring at us and went back the way she had come from down the trail to our right.
I thought to myself, "Well. That's pretty odd", because her internals (mind and emotions) were not engaged like a normal human would be. I just let this percolate on down into my subconscious. I felt no threat of any kind from her but knew she likely wasn't a human being from earth even then.
However, there are millions of non-humans who weren't born here on earth on Galactic National Park Earth because it is an especially beautiful place to visit and people come to visit especially where I live from all over the world because it is known for its beauty worldwide too.
Since I felt no threat from her (even though I knew she might not be a human from earth) I went on my merry way with my wife and drove along the coast further from where we had parked to see the waves crash on the rocks there just off the shore which were sending sprays visibly up over 20 feet sometimes 30 feet into the air which is always beautiful to watch.
However, then I came home and during the night that night I realized for sure she wasn't a human because she had no mind or emotions like a human would. A human always has either fears or desires or both and she had neither of these things. She had no fear at all and no desires like a human would at all. This signifies to me that I"m not dealing with anyone from here on earth.
For example, if you had someone from Star Trek who traveled through time to be here on earth who could instantly "Beam up to their ship" in an emergency you would have this same type of configuration as what I experienced where they don't know what to be afraid of simply because they have never been here before this moment.
Her dog was fairly large like a Red Irish setter for example on a leash a really beautiful dog immaculately groomed and cared for.
I think this was likely yesterday. However, then as I was going to sleep tonight I started to realize she was giving me a message. Here is something that actually makes sense to me:

his sight he realized she was much much more than that. Soon he saw she
was a young Elohar. At first he was upset that she hadn't introduced
herself to him as who she was from the future. But then Jonathan Flow
realized she didn't even fully know who he was yet. For Elohar had been
his mother and obviously had missed him because here she was as a 17
year old in her next incarnation from the future and had intuitively
automatically come to him even though her conscious mind didn't know he
had been her son in her previous life. This lifted his spirits that
somehow his mother found him across 5000 years. Somehow she had
intuitively come to him as a young woman. She must have seen him as her
father because he was 62 and she was only 16 to 18 years old he knew.

Why does this make sense?
Because I met her and said "HI" to her with my two dogs (long since passed away now) and now we have a 5 year old Blue Merle Corgi instead.
So, if this person wasn't from this time then possibly she was someone like Elohar or a relative (like a daughter of hers or even Celeste Weaver when she first came through time and space as a Galactic Time Guard Anthropologist.
Because this is what I felt from her. That she was studying me to see what my reactions might be. Why would she do this?
So, it is possible I will know more soon about all this.
Because this is kind of how my relationships with Elohar and and Celeste Weaver have been like for me too.
Why do they come in this way first?
I'm an old man now of 77 almost 78 years old. They would come in this way so they didn't just give me a heart attack or something showing up and visiting at this age. It's good to have some warning when your whole life might be turned upside down for about 6 months time before you return the next second after you left from Time and Space traveling.
Chapter 2: Trying to make sense of it all?
The other thought I had was this is the kind of humor that Purple Delta 7 has regarding stuff like this and she might have done this as a joke to see whether I could recognize her in this disguise or not. This is a very real possibility too.
And once again it takes me back to
Elohar: The girl in the Forest
That she could be alluding to. Why would she do this? First, to see if I was paying attention. 2nd she would be saying that she was coming from some other place to in time or space like Elohar did in "The Girl in the forest" Years ago now because I'm 77 now and only was 62 when I wrote The Girl in the Forest. So, it's Purple Delta 7's type of humor.
Also, she could be bringing me some kind of human immortality like she brought to Silver too since she has been one of my protectors since the early 2000s or before already. Also, she is very very thorough in protecting me too and always has been. There's nothing like a being who has more intelligence and speed of thought than every Artificial intelligence presently on planet earth at her disposal 24 hours a day (because she doesn't need to sleep being a synthetic human being 5 million years old at present.
So, I guess she sort of wants me to be Sherlock Holmes in this situation to try to figure out exactly what is going on. I think Saint Germain and her are trying to help me move forward through these times as together as possible since the world is on the edge of something likely similar now to World War II. (But hopefully without the nukes.
So, this is my hope too that this war in Iran won't bring the nukes out too. ballistic Missiles and drones is bad enough blowing everything up every day in the middle east now.
I also hope Trump doesn't put American Troops on the ground because I really do think that would be the end of him, especially after Iraq and Afghanistan with Afghanistan for about 20 years time with soldiers there until Biden.
So, this likely might make more sense than anything else that it was purple delta 7 there in disguise letting me know she was still here for me to take me through these times. And If I make it through these difficult times coming here on earth you might too.
