So, it has begun which I have predicted would happen for a long time where Drones become inexpensive enough for Drug Cartels worldwide to use Drones (whether for surveillance) or for Attacks on Other Cartels or private citizens or even U.S. Border patrol Drones.
I just found out it is also why Border patrol is testing lasers to shoot down Mexican Drug Cartel Drones with lasers in El Paso, Texas. It's to combat the drug Drones along the border.
What appears to be happening is that they are using Drones to deliver drugs across the border because for 300 dollars you can buy a drone big enough to deliver drugs over the border fence.
