There is a really big market for "Black Market Oil" especially now with 20% of the oil not moving through the Straight of Hormuz

Things in this part of the world and to some degree throughout Asia have quite a market for things that travel through the black market which is quite extensive thoughout the Middle East and Asia and this sort of thing has existed for thousands of years. Just because the U.S. or Europe or other countries sanction oil from Iran doesn't mean the oil stops. The ships just turn off their Automatic Identity system (AIS) so they can more (SECRETLY TRAVEL without a GPS location being signaled wherever they are on the oceans of the Earth.

As it said in the last article at least 90 ships likely tied to Iran and Asian Nations have already moved oil through the Straight of Hormuz and they have been allowed to pass by Iran not blowing them out of the water with missiles or mines or drones of one kind or another.

However, the same cannot be said for Oil tankers from Europe or the U.S. some of which have been set on fire recently.

However, I don't think you can use Shahed Drones from Iran on a moving target just stationary targets.
