it has lost both wars.
I agree mostly with this assessment. Money and lives have mostly been wasted because mostly it was about defense contracts and making money rather than thinking seriously about saving the lives of our soldiers or those who we were killing. Mostly, it has been about making money for defense establishment companies which was the danger President Eisenhower talked about when he left office in 1960.
