How to Keep your Head when others aren't

The problems the U.S. in encountering really has nothing at all to do with Republican or Democratic issues. The real issue is globalization. U.S. companies have Globalization figured out. They get their products made in China and other countries where labor is still cheap enough to be able to compete globally. However, for the U.S. Middle class unless they are either invested in either U.S. Blue Chips that have overseas divisions or they move overseas to work for these companies they are losing out and will continue to lose out as globalization sucks the marrow out of those who don't understand this one fact.

Companies cannot stay in business globally if they pay wages as high as the U.S. requires to live here. So, a way must be found for the middle class of the U.S. to somehow benefit from globalization or there will be a populist revolt of both Republicans and Democrats. You are seeing some of the beginnings of this in parties such as the Tea Party party. But most of these people don't understand that globalization could also be defined as the disempowerment of all nation states and all forms of nation state government. Until the world deals with this problem the middle class and poor of the world will be more and more screwed by globalization. Because if you don't own or own stock in a company that benefits from a globalized economy then you are being screwed big time and the only economic way is downward. This is a fact and until everyone understands this and a REAL solution is found suffering will continue worldwide among the middle class and poor as everything they own slowly decreases in value. This is a sad truth. I wish more people would educate themselves enough to understand this one terrible fact of life in the globalized world.
