Most of California hit with Rain
Looking at the Radar the rain hitting Los Angeles and surrounding areas is coming down the hardest right now. However, rain or heavy snow is coming down all over California depending upon the altitude you are at. It rained hard last night here too. Whether the drought is over or not is debatable and will be until at least April to see how much rain and snow came down all over the state. However, for now, here and most places in California, green wild grasses let us know how much rain has fallen already.
