It basically shares who is gaining in millions and who has lost some millions. But, if you are not wealthy right now and have never been it is important to note that anyone who is worth over about  5 million dollars and stays at that net worth or higher usually doesn't feel these gains or losses  directly. It is all on paper and psychological at any wealth level above about 5 million dollars unless that money is only in a house you live in and you have nothing else to live on. So, all properly invested people at about 5 million dollars or more aren't going to feel most of these changes directly at all. It is all mostly on paper and psychological.
