Truth and natural consequences

Governments are not really interested in the truth and never have been. Governments are interested in Stability and appearances only. So, though people might get a version of the truth in the newspapers and on TV it is mostly contrived in most countries and managed usually by governments around the world.

But, in the end "What is the truth?" Even in the U.S. where we think justice abounds "Does it really?"
So, the best one can do (all of us) is to try to make sure justice is done in our own lives with our own families and hope that enough truth comes out so our government and all governments are honest enough to continue to exist and to protect us and to give us as much justice as possible.

When there are too many lies from any government around the world they tend to collapse sooner or later. However, with no government at all often you wind up with what happened in Somalia during the 1990s. So, where is the balance needed for people rights and lives and dignity to actually be protected enough not to cause the collapse of any given government. That is always a work in progress for every nation on Earth.

For example, most people who lived through that (I was 15)  including myself believe that the Soviet Union, Castro and the Mafia were all involved in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. And this likely is what happened. It makes it more likely because of what happened to Khrushchev soon after JFKs assassination.

Nikita Khrushchev - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Nikita Sergeyevich Khrushchev (April 15 [O.S. April 3] 1894 – September 11, 1971) led the Soviet Union during part of the Cold War. He served as First ...

However, rather than have World War III over his assassination our government lied to the American people who would have demanded Khrushchev's head on a platter. Even today Fidel Castro demonstrates his rationality in regard to the situation with the North Koreans just like he did during the Kennedy Assassination which is why Castro stayed in power all these years after a promise from the U.S. to the Soviet Union to never attack Cuba and never to overthrow Castro at that time.

Cuban missile crisis - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Cuban Missile Crisis — known as the October crisis in Cuba and the Caribbean crisis (Russian: Kарибский кризис, tr. Karibskiy krizis) in the USSR — was ...

I, and most others I know from those days believe that the Cuban Missile Crisis directly caused the Kennedy Assassination and as a result of the assassination,  Khrushchev's fall from power.
