I don't think these plans should be taken very seriously. Here is the reason: "All nuclear attacks now(because of the strength of the weapons) could destroy earth itself. So, all the big nuclear plans to nuke the U.S. by the Chinese Navy are actually not feasible for China to actually survive in the first place.

 

Also, because of ongoing doomsday weapons that both the U.S., Russia and possibly China all have any nuclear attack by any nation upon the U.S., Russia or China would end all life on earth.

 

So, to make statements like this might sound good to the Chinese military but in reality it would just end all life on earth permanently to where the earth itself and it's atmosphere would blow apart just like the Asteroid belt did when it was a planet blown up by nuclear weapons proved by the Soviets during the 1970s when they sent a probe there.

However, this information was suppressed by religions around the world at the time and only the Russian Intelligenstia knew about it at the time and was one of the reasons the Soviet Union collapsed in the first place by 1990 because of this information becoming widely known in Russia.

So, hopefully the Chinese military intelligentsia also gets enough information to know this is true too before the earth is gone for all of us.
