"The FBI is creating a world where citizens rely on Apple to defend their rights."
Is this true?
Unfortunately "Yes".
Here is the problem as I see it.
"How many people have died from terrorists in the U.S. since 9-11?"
54
How many people need their financial transactions on an Iphone secure?
over 700 million people and their families own an Iphone.
So, let's say two parents and two children for each Iphone which would be 2.8 billion people.
Apple is protecting the rights of 2.8 billion people.
And the FBI is protecting the rights of the 54 Americans that died from terrorists in the U.S.
Is this fair?
You be the judge worldwide.
However, the other side of this is the U.S. and NATO could be preparing for War with Russia through NATO in Europe. IF this is true then all financial transactions would have to cease over the Internet before this could happen for a variety of reasons. In fact, the whole Internet might be shut down during Martial Law during such a military conflict.
Strategically this would make sense. So, it is possible this is where we are headed right now with the actions the FBI is taking already.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
