However, just like with nuclear radiation worldwide since Chernobyl ALL nations lie about radiation now and all nations could be lying about weather warfare too.
So, I guess what I"m saying here is England was the first to conduct weather warfare experiments on their own people and at least 300 people died from that experiment in the 1950s. Since then this kind of technology has gone underground. IN other words it is so secret that if anyone finds out something they might disappear suddenly anywhere on earth.
IF you were thinking about weather warfare maybe you should see the movie "Geostorm" which is science fiction because nations are jus so TIGHT LIPPED about weather warfare since about the 1970s when you stopped hearing about this technology about the same time you started to hear less about nuclear generated Particle beam generators in space. I listened to an Air Force General in the 1970s talk about Electron particle beam generators we had in space then and he said the technology was advanced enough in the 1970s where they could instantly melt any whole city on earth with one beam even in the 1970s. So, even in the 1970s you didn't need nuclear weapons to incinerate a whole city of people from space even then. He said the whole thing would take place from space in a few seconds to a minute at that time. But, I'm not sure whether that would work through cloud cover or not?
If you are interested in watching Geostorm here is more information about that:
