Trump was not prepared for Infrastructure talks

So, the excuse of the Congress not investigating him before he does anything for the country is ridiculous. The country still needs many things. Trump saying what he says is sort of like a boy playing football that "If I'm not the captain of the team you cannot play with my ball!" So, Trump is putting his problems before the problems of the nation which is a good reason to remove him from power in itself! He's making the case that he is inept and not qualified to be a president by all his actions now!
