more likely each day that House will impeach Trump and hold Barr in Contempt of Congress

If you were alive when  Nixon resigned you see the same sorts of things happening  45 years ago now as today then in 1973 and 1974. The difference is Nixon was authoritarian but a patriot so he resigned for the good of the country. Nixon was a Naval Officer in World War II unlike Trump so he actually was a patriot and fell on his sword for the good of the country. Whereas Trump will never fall on his sword for the country and likely would destroy the country completely as he is doing now instead. So, Trump is a white supremacist but not a patriot nor could he ever be considered a patriot by any sane person that I know of. Because of this we are now in a Constitutional Crisis similar to when Nixon was forced to resign.

But if it comes to impeachment caused by the Contempt the president and Barr are showing Congress it is doubtful that the Senate would impeach Trump. But, it is more likely every single day now that the House WILL impeach Trump and cite Barr for Contempt of Congress in the meantime for ignoring it's subpoenas. And likely everyone else who ignores subpoenas might also be cited for contempt of Congress and might serve jail time or 100,000 dollar fines in the meantime. The maximum penalty for Contempt of Congress is 1 year in jail.

A friend of mine thinks that Trump will never resign until he is given by Pence a "Golden Parachute" where he cannot be federally prosecuted for his crimes. But, he would never be free from the prosecution by individual states. So, it is very likely Trump would have to leave the U.S. to be free from prosecution by the states here in the U.S. He would be very vulnerable to prosecution for at least 5 to 7 years after leaving office by many U.S. states by the way even after he leaves office in 2020 or 2024 or before because of impeachment or resignation.
