In the first place it is unrealistic to "Lock Trump up" and she would know this. To actually lock Trump up would destroy the office of president for future presidents in many different ways which is why Nixon as the paranoid patriot that he was (Veteran Naval officer of World War II) fell on his sword to protect the presidency.
However, we have no patriot in Trump, unfortunately. No. We have someone much more similar to his friend Kim Jong Un in that Trump is a ruthless Dictator who believes he is above the law.
So, to say that she, Pelosi wants Trump in jail is ludicrous to the future of all future presidents. At most Trump will be impeached (if the Republicans decide they want a democracy instead of a dictatorship who are the majority now in the Senate).
But, unless Senate Republicans decide to believe in Democracy once again our democracy is likely over at this point and we are entering the Trump Dictatorship just like Germany did under Hitler around 1932 or 1933.
