Is being set up by the Federal Government trying to prevent Sanctuary Cities and States from existing. States and cities who are declaring themselves "Sanctuary" cities and states have the right to do so and it isn't right for the Federal Government to interfere in this way because States are independent and allowed by the laws of the land to do this.
Part of the reason this is happening is under Trump refugees from harm in their home countries are being tortured or killed in various ways by the Trump administration. So, more and more cities and states will become Sanctuary cities and States as an act of mercy upon refugees who will die otherwise from other countries that are being persecuted by gangs and even governments of their home countries.
