This appears to be almost impossible to find on the Internet. So, just like the Solano County lady who they wouldn't test for days and then found out she was positive with no obvious links to China, it is possible even if you beg to be tested for Coronavirus in most California counties you won't be tested as of now.
Whether this is a good thing or a bad thing might be difficult to fully ascertain at least at this point too.
I talked to a friend in Siskiyou County and he said that he didn't know even if Siskiyou, Shasta county (Redding is in Shasta County) or Jackson county that Medford and Ashland are in in Oregon could actually test for Coronavirus either. I realized this is likely a very realistic assessment at least for now too.
