"Thinking is the best way to Travel"
When you think you are soul traveling right then. The power of your soul travel depends upon how much feeling you are putting into the thoughts.
However, true soul travel beyond what everyone does all the time automatically waking and sleeping where you consciously (just like when you drive a car) take responsibility and get the keys to the car and put the keys in the ignition (or fob) in the car with you and you drive the car.
In this case you take responsibility and ask the angels to travel with you (like you drive a car). But, bilocation is the best way to do this. Don't try to separate fully from your body because that is dangerous because you leave your body unprotected when you do this.
When you sleep at night often you have angels guarding your body (especially if you or your parents or loved ones are praying for you).
But, it's a good idea to be praying for your body to be guarded anyway while you are sleeping at night regularly. This protects you from a lot of things when you are sleeping.
