The problem of a Teenage Creator taking incarnation is sort of like if people let children drive cars on the freeway

 Normally, at first, no Creator was allowed to take incarnation unless they were retired. But, of course, The Galactic Sentience makes the rules and so when the 2nd Galactic Sentience became a Galactic Sentience he took experimental incarnations as a way to increase his lifespan as an experiment. So, one of his experimental incarnations was as Silver, who was born in 2000 AD who is 21 years old at present and with Lilu his wife here on earth. But, the problem became Tech Noir who is still a teenage soul not suited to becoming a Galactic Sentience likely ever being angry and having tantrums regarding not being made the Galactic Sentience. However, both his older brother and father both realized the younger brother would never be suited to becoming a Galactic Sentience simply because he lacked enough Empathy for others because he was too selfish and self centered even though remarkably Creative and inventive.

So, when 67 million years later he was found to be incarnating as Tech Noir this became a problem that had to be solved by Purple, and the Previous Galactic Sentience and the Present Galactic Sentience and Flame the Time Traveling evolved   Octopus evolved from Earth Octopus DNA and by Jonathan Flow and the 3 Arcanes and Prophetess and Elohar and Ah Ray In and anyone else there I didn't mention at the time.

Incarnation can mean that one takes a human body and lives on earth or another planet that has human beings on it or is in space on a Space Station or traveling through space on a Space Station or Space ship.
