God is where you Find Him

There are two basic premises of being a Mystic and I was raised a Mystical Christian.

One is: "God is where you find Him(Her, The Being)

And the other premise is: "There is Nowhere that God is NOT".

So, everywhere you look God is there, both inside yourself, as yourself, around you, and in every thought, word and Deed by you or everyone else.

How does one process all this?

Very carefully.

Because "God Helps those who help themselves."

This is also something I have always believed. 

There is even a story I first heard in the 1950s about "God Helps those who help themselves"

which is about a man in a flood standing on top of his house or barn and looking for someone to save his life.

Well, a Log Raft, a rowboat, a power boat and a helicopter all came to save him and do you know what he said, "No. God is going to save me!"

Well. The man got to heaven and he said to God: "Why didn't you save me?" And God said, "I sent the log raft, the rowboat, the power boat and the helicopter and you chose to die instead of letting them help you.

This is basically why I believe "God helps those who help themselves". Otherwise, you can call most people who don't help themselves basically as "Dead" eventually.

So, if you want to survive be sure to take the opportunities that God gives you so you can survive and not be too proud to accept God's help in whatever form it takes.
