This is exactly why the ancient Greeks called them Gods and why they called where they lived Mount Olympus (but really it's in the center of the Galaxy near the Black hole which holds the whole Galaxy together.
Time and Space is no obstacle at all to these beings. Going into the Black Hole and even coming out into the Anti-matter Galaxy that balances this matter one is easy as pie for them. Coming to earth and taking on a human form is easy for them. It's no wonder that the Ancient Greeks and Nordic People called them Gods.
But, in reality they are a species just like Us human beings except they are immortal and don't naturally live in time or space or in a matter universe (but can when they wish).
They don't breathe or eat physical food but they do consume energy as it moves between different forms.
No wonder the ancients called them Gods!
