So, what this means is that about 2 dozen adults and children were taken to the hospital and up to 20 more were also injured in the melee with the SUV throwing people through the air. It makes sense that some people likely were hit with a glancing blow that wouldn't necessarily take them to the hospital but might break their arm on a rear view mirror or something like that.
