Here's the thing. If you are a smaller nation and not fully armed to the teeth like the U.S. with nuclear weapons and Putin just threatened not only Ukraine but also the world with nuclear weapons, would you be more afraid of Putin or Biden?
The answer is easy. When a gun is pointed at your head you would do whatever it takes to stay alive.
This is what OPEC did too in order to stay alive!
Putin is scarier than Biden because Putin might might actually nuke OPEC if they pissed him off at some point!
This is what Biden and the White House and the Pentagon aren't saying out loud because they don't want more nations to freak out and do what Putin Wants!
