The world problem of Putin:

 Is that he might be the first of many people like him as nuclear power leaders on earth.

Here's the problem in a nutshell. 

Blackmailing with nuclear weapons.

Everyone has tried this and the U.S. is the ONLY country to have actually use nuclear weapons. So, if you read further here in what I have quoted it means that around 200,000 people died from the Atomic blasts at Hiroshima and Nagasaki just from 2 atomic bombs and almost all of them were civilians not soldiers. That is a very important point here. It mostly wasn't soldiers dying but mostly civilians.

So, now we look at Putin's blackmailing the world regarding Ukrainian infrastructure and not giving up no matter what army does to his soldiers in Ukraine. So, what does he do? Especially if he is already dying he will feel that he wants to go down in history as reclaiming Ukraine for Russia after it has been 30 years or more independent from Russia every since the end of the Cold War. But, this could also mean he would use tactical nuclear weapons. But, the U.S. wouldn't do this but the Russian Army sees tactical nuclear weapons differently than the U.S. Army or militaries do. So, from a U.S. military viewpoint using tactical nuclear weapons is the beginning of armageddon which is why Biden brought all this up recently because we need to try to devise a way out of this mess with Putin.
