How could attrition be addressed more effectively?

By other countries rather than shipping weapons they should send money to countries nearer to Ukraine like Poland to manufacture those weapons there instead of in the U.S. and Japan. This way it greatly reduces the economic loss and makes all this more efficient economically and in all ways and makes it more likely that Ukraine and the western world will win this war even if it lasts 5 to 10 years or more. 

Because money can be sent electronically between banks or countries to accomplish this without the shipping or labor costs of manufacturing weapons closer to home. Of course national secrets regarding missiles and other more advanced weaponry should be kept within those nations. However, artillery shells and cannons and such could be manufactured more effectively in nations closer to Ukraine than in the U.S. or Japan. So, things like rifles, anti-tank weapons and hand grenades and rocket propelled grenades could more effectively be manufactured more cheaply and effectively right next door to Ukraine in bordering countries and also artillery shells and Cannons too.
