It sounds like autonomous AI operating independently is operating still in the U.S. telecoms from China

Basically, all the Telecoms have been given an AI Version of Covid so that they are infected ongoing. They cannot be stopped because AI works differently than Bugs in that it is intelligent and designed to be intelligent to the point where nothing really can be done to stop this other than maybe replacing all Operating systems and data systems completely in all Telecoms.

Doing this likely would put most Telecoms out of business. So, in the meantime in regard to Data Theft of all phone calls made in the U.S. or to the U.S. everything is vulnerable to Chinese AI Systems hiding expertly within the Servers that create all phone calls in the U.S.

This is the best way that I can explain this to people not familiar with the difference between AI and normal computer viruses. In other words you cannot debug ever something like this without changing likely both all hardware and all software and all operating systems. There really is no useful way to address this at present.

Maybe if we send out own AI Systems to "hunt and shoot" and search for all the AI components sent into these systems by the Chinese that might be possible. However, I think this wouldn't work because Chinese AI also might be so good at hiding wherever the code or Algorithms are that they couldn't be found either.

However, even viruses can distribute Code over many platforms and operating systems. And if these AIs have wormed their way into the operating systems themselves then only replacing all hardware and software would help.

However, with AI this developed now worldwide even changing all hardware and software might be useless too because they could also invade the new hardware and software.

So, literally there maybe nothing at all practical to do about this problem.

We seem to be witnessing one of the real big AI Fuckups presently regarding U.S. and likely European Telecom Companies. It could literally be present in all telecom companies worldwide at this point too.

This actually is so serious it is an ACT OF WAR by China upon the U.S. and world simply because the problem might not be able to be fixed in any practical way anymore because of how AI operates 24 hours a day at the speed of light (or millions or billions of calculations per second with the craftiness of thousands to millions of really adaptable humans).

However, now the U.S. might be required to do the same to all Russian and Chinese and North Korean telecoms too. This is likely the first response that might have already taken place knowing our government and how it would do this BEFORE it was released into the news in any significant way.

Also, you can see how AIs like this likely found ways to manipulate the elections in various ways here in the U.S. and around the world by doing this too in likely untraceable ways. (at least at present).
