First you could likely write programs and then have an AI convert all these programs in some language directly into Machine language code. So, it wouldn't be in any programming language just in Zeros and ones and that's all.
Most human beings do not have the skill to decipher machine language code because it is ONLY zeros and ones. Only computer systems and not humans could decipher millions or more lines of code into what people figured out happened now.
Imagine if you got 00000010010010010101010100101010101010101010.
What are you going to do with that?
Now imagine 1 million or 2 million or 3 million lines of code of that?
What are you going to do?
No human being (unless they spent years and years could EVER decipher all this. And probably not then either.
10,000 humans might not decipher 2 or 3 million lines of code in a reasonable amount of time either.
So, you are left with making Software find code irregularities when it is put in in Machine language code not from any computer language at all.
Because at this level it is not practical for humans to be able to actually find the problem at all only software might find these types of irregularities properly. But, what if it's AI is specifically designed to hide from any U.S. Software known?
What then?
This is the level of problem that our government is now dealing with.
