The CEO shooter is likely in another country now and is also likely to be a professional hit man with military training

 I think the CEO of the Company that he hit had done wrong by someone related to someone wealthy and so this "HIT MAN" obviously a professional at this came in. I think there could be more hits like this because of the unhappiness of the relatives and friends that companies like this have "KILLED" by denying service to them even when they paid their Health insurance premiums for years and years.

There are at least 68,000 dead people from companies like this denying service which was fatal to them so far. That's more people dead than died in the Viet Nam War as American Soldiers. So, I don't think the anger is over from all these unnecessary deaths caused by these health insurance companies.
