Drones can be used for decorating the sky with light or they can be used to drop hand grenades from the skies on people:

It  reminded me of: "What if these 5000 drones used to make Santa Claus and his sleigh with reindeer legs slightly moving each had one hand grenade up a plastic tube with its' safety pin removed so that it could drop 5000 hand grenades on a crowd of people or maybe Trump and Vance and Musk at a rally?

If you saw 5000 drones and you were secret service what could you do?

Basically if the drones came from all directions you might shoot down 20 to 100 of them but if 5000 drones with hand grenades came from a circle beyond the Secret service perimeter you could do nothing to save Trump and Vance and Musk or whoever else was there from likely fatal injuries. Just Secret service personnel throwing their bodies around Trump wouldn't necessarily save his life.

It's possible the whole way the Secret Services of the world operate are going to have to change to face this latest threat from hand grenades dropped from drones day or night because Drones also have night vision where they can see people in the dark and quietly bomb them with live hand grenades too.  

I suppose one way to deal with this would be an EMP pulse to knock all drones out of the sky. However, this could be a problem too because knocking out the guidance and electric motors with an EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse) would also knock out all power and all radios and all computers in that area too. So, an EMP though effective might just drop 5000 drones with rotors whirring right down on the crowd of people at a Trump and Musk Rally too and because the drones would not only crash into people and cars and trucks and buildings during the crash the hand grenades (many of them would go off on impact on the ground) killing even more people along with the crashing drones harming people too.

So, Drones are not just pretty pictures drawn in the sky they are a potential threat to all living things on earth as well.

NOTE: By the way I'm not making any of this up because hand grenades from drones were first used by soldiers of both sides during the Iraq war almost 20 years ago to drop hand grenades like I'm writing about here. This is also done especially at night in the dark to take out Russian Troops by Ukrainian soldiers too. It is likely North Korean soldiers have experienced  hand grenades from drones too before they shot themselves when the Ukrainians tried to capture them.
