It's true that everyone is trying to "Suck up" to Trump to make sure their lives are not destroyed. Survival is important for everyone when around a President or other leader like Trump. He reminds me a lot at this point of Mao Tse Tung, Stalin and Hitler in the ways he is moving forward. However, these kinds of "Strong men" have always been his heroes too.
I think that the nearness of prison these last 4 years have changed Trump a lot to become more like he is today. Aging up to 78 years old has changed him a lot too.
What is the most likely result of him doing all this and making direct or indirect enemies of literally everyone on earth?
I would say it's quite possible that we will see World war III coming because Tariffs are the easiest ways to start a war historically between all countries on earth.
Yes. it's true you can do this but all countries pretty much fight fire with fire so they put their own tariffs on goods coming from the U.S. to their countries in response.
The end result is no countries will be buying anything made in the U.S. as a direct result of Tariffs put on by Trump and this likely could result in bloody warfare breaking out as the rhetoric between nations gets worse and worse.
So, I see Tariffs as counter productive to relations worldwide with all nations, especially with Canada, Mexico and China.
It wouldn't be in Canada's or Mexico's interests to go to war with the U.S. ever but it might be productive for China to go to war (directly or through Proxies) with the United States because of Trump's actions.
Something to think about.
