What is a Living Buddha? This is a Tibetan Buddhist way of speaking about present day Buddhas living here with us on earth and beyond

Of course you can believe whatever you want to.

However, my experience took me to studying with Tibetan Lamas directly starting in 1980 with my family.

I learned about "Living Buddhas" like The Dalai Lama who are different than most other people on earth in that they are conscious reincarnations of living Buddhas from the last several thousand years time here on earth.

Living Buddhas (at least in Tibetan Buddhist Circles) are found by elders when they are children who can recognize items that were theirs in their previous incarnations.

They put about 10 different sets of their possessions like prayer beads and eye glasses and Dorje and Bells before them but only one set was theirs.

Then the children are allowed to choose what was theirs in their previous lifetime.

The Dalai Lama also successfully did this when he was between 4 and 6 years old which is why he is a reincarnation of the last Dalai Lama before him.

However, he is not the ONLY living Buddha, there are many of them.

And if you are intuitive like me you experience how time and space alters being around a Living Buddha.

My first experience of the weather changing was when I was near Kriyananda when I sensed this phenomena who is something like this but not Tibetan Buddhist. I felt the weather change when I was in the same county as he was. After this, I became aware of this phenomenon first hand and I was amazed.

Now I look for these changes in the weather as a matter of course so I know I'm in the presence (within a county or so) of a Living Buddha.

It is very obvious to someone as intuitive as I am when I am near (within 100 miles now) of a Living Buddha or Many Living Buddhas. The experience is both overwhelming and very welcome being around beings who are so evolved through thousands of years of reincarnation and evolution as human beings here on earth and beyond in heaven realms.

By God's Grace
