I woke up and it was sunny but now it's raining here on SF Coastal Areas

The weather reports mostly said it was going to rain last night. That didn't happen. Then I woke up and it was sunny and I figured the rain was passed? Now it's late afternoon and it's finally raining. But, I don't they reported that it was going to be raining now but instead last night some time. The chart right now says only 10% chance of rain. Well, it's 100% raining right now.
