Being in Mt. Shasta this time is very healing for my wife and I

Even though we already had to changed rooms because the toilet wasn't working right in the first room they put us in we are both feeling very healed by being here. I think maybe it's because my son in law just survived dysentery from being sent by his company to Carthage, Tunisia so he had a very hell week last week and is still out of work for another week as he is still pretty weak but didn't die because he is in his early to mid 30s and still strong and healthy enough to survive something like this.

Then my wife has 12 stitches from a  surgery on her arm by a dermatologist who specializes in removing cancers and precancers and that has turned out okay too. She got 12 dissolvable stitches so they will naturally be absorbed by the body over time. The problem became the strong anti-biotic they put her on to prevent infection from the 12 stitches after they removed the problem from her upper right arm.

So, yesterday I drove most of the way here to Mt. Shasta at 77 which was tiring for me and I finally realized it wasn't safe for me to drive past Red Bluff so we changed drivers. But, luckily she was okay to drive the last 1 1/2 hours to Mt. Shasta so it all worked out.

Then we had to change rooms because the toilet wasn't working properly in our hotel. He said there were only 4 toilets from the 1970s that he hadn't already changed out and this was one of them. The old ones are all copper and other metals and so the floater arm was no longer functional and couldn't be replaced because of the age of the toilet so we changed rooms so he could put in another toilet in that room.

But, luckily the room they put us in was nearby also with a nice view of Mt. Shasta so that worked out okay for us too.

By God's Grace
