When animals (of the air land and sea or lakes and rivers don't have food or clean enough water to live in or use then these species die wherever they are around the world and are no more (at least in that particular area). Could they come back to that area? I suppose if the ecology of that area was allowed to come back to a more natural or normal state before humans were there this could be possible.
