Trump is slowly but surely becoming the Herbert Hoover of our era

 The Recession seems to be beginning that so many predicted would come from Trump's policies especially those regarding Tariffs.

Who is the last president to be so in love with Tariffs?

Herbert Hoover who caused through his tariffs the Great Depression.

And Trump appears presently to be slowly bringing in the Next Great Depression through his Tariff policies.

The good thing (if you see this as good) about Tariffs is you protect your own country from being flooded with products from other countries.

However, the problem with this is what Trump is doing likely will bring about the next World Wide Great Depression just like what Herbert Hoover did too.

Just because you believe something is good doesn't mean it is actually good.

From a pragmatic and practical point of view what Trump is doing through Tariffs is bringing about first a recession and then later a Great Depression unless he gets rid of Tariffs.

This is just being realistic just like driving down the road on 4 flat tires doesn't work either.

It didn't work for Hoover and it's not going to work for Trump either.

First a Recession and then a Great Depression is the only logical result to Tariffs the way they are being applied presently worldwide. So, a worldwide Great depression is the logical practical result.
