All of Asia including China is likely being hit the hardest by the Oil price problem (and also just getting oil at any price)

This is what appears to be happening. So, especially 3rd world less technological nations are likely suffering a lot already for gas and diesel and natural gas in any liquified compressed form that it comes in like propane, Butane, or just natural Gas like we have piped directly from oil wells to power stations and homes all over the U.S. where this is done. For example, in California most power plants run on Natural Gas here because there is only one operational Nuclear power plant in California near San Luis Obsipo still functioning properly in California now.
