Is this possible? Of course this is possible even if you are not a believer. However, it is much more likely that he drank something or took a drug or was flashing on some drug he took while younger and actually drove there and forgot he did this!
However, if you ask me if this is possible I can tell you that "Yes" this is possible because there are many things some people can do that you wouldn't believe anyway.
However, most of the people who can do stuff like this are very evolved and never talk about it simply because someone might have a heart attack or stroke if they did this in front of them (all the things that are possible for some people).
Life for example, The Tibetan Lamas I studied with in California, Oregon, India and Nepal often told me that I had to protect people from my tutelary dieties. What does that mean? It means that I have protectors who protect me from harm.
The strangest example of this happened in 1977 when I was working at Glendale Community Hospital. I was working as a computer operator part time at Glendale Community hospital while I was on Staff at Summit University after completing Archangel Gabriel and Hope's quarter at Summit University.
One day my lady superior asked me what I believed and I decided to tell her. Well. She was pretty bad at what she said to me and obviously believed in Nothing. However, that week she got a concussion and broke her arm and I realized it was my protectors (Tutelary dieties) protecting me from Her stuff.
So, in order to protect her I quit my job at that location at the Glendale Community Hospital so she didn't die or something from my protectors.
At that time I didn't know how to protect or to control my tutelary dieties from doing their thing in protecting me. This sort of thing likely has been going on since I was conceived in my mother's womb by the way.
However, I asked Tibetan lamas about this and they told me: "You have to learn to protect ignorant people from your Tutelary Dieties!" And I said, "How do I do this!" and they said, "You will figure it out!" So now I think of all human beings and animals and everything alive in the universe as my children and I try to protect them all the time I'm around them if I'm able from dying from Tutelary Dieties protecting me.
For Example, I came out of a bank with my wife in the SF Bay area about 30 years ago now and this man came up to me (obviously strung out on drugs or something) and begged me for money. I reached in my pocket and gave him a 20 dollar bill and he looked incredibly angry that I had given him money because I saw in his mind he wanted to kill my wife and I then. So, even though he was angry I had given him the money it saved all our lives by doing this.
So, learning how to protect others from themselves is one of the first things you have to learn on the path to enlightenment as you become more and more powerful in God's eyes over time.
If you are responsible in your enlightenment God gives you more and more. But if you misuse all this stuff God will just as easily kill you too.
This is very important to remember. It's why we don't let children drive cars and trucks and fly planes simply because they cannot handle the responsibility of so many lives yet.
