Superbad R (2007): This is one of the best coming of age comedies ever made

 It basically launched the careers of both Jonah Hill and Michael Sera and the two police men you know now as Seth Rogan and Bill Hader. And it also launched the Acting career of Emma Stone. So, it was a very pivotal movie for all these actors and a classic in this genre.

I wasn't feeling well with a head cold this afternoon and sort of feeling sorry for myself as it rained all day until I turned this movie on and it reminded me of so many people I knew in High School once again. They depict just how crazy most of us felt growing up and not being sure of the future at the end of High School. For me, High School graduation was in Santa Fe, New Mexico in May of 1966 but my home was in Glendale, California a really long way from California for my senior year when I graduated High School there in Santa Fe, New Mexico. My parents drove all the way from Glendale for my graduation and then we drove home and dropped off a female fellow graduate in Sedona, Arizona where she lived with her mother then on the way back to southern California.
