I have been there twice since then but most of it hasn't been rebuilt mostly because so much history of the Island has been destroyed that cannot be replaced. For example, when I lived in Paia and before that Hana, Maui, Hawaii going to Lahaina was my kids favorite thing to do to the pioneer Inn there which burned down and to the Banyon Tree which people tell me has mostly survived. However, all the most historic things there are gone now and I'm not sure will ever be rebuilt ever.
What did Arcane do regarding his home?
He let it burn down with the others but had good insurance so he could rebuild if he wanted to.
Why didn't he stop the fire from happening?
He wasn't allowed to. NOT sure of Why?
