Which is what we are headed to right now and possibly have already achieved this as people on earth it creates a problem for all humans because at that point (or this point) they cannot out think that computer system.
So, if a computer can figure something out and make a decision in 1 millionth of a second and launch something against any person or country on earth then people have no time to stop this.
It's not likely that normally anything the U.S. made would do something like this but since Government is just so screwed up and run by incompetents like never before under Trump it is now possible that the U.S. military could be compromised enough to have things that simply don't work right and that millions of people could die because of this all over the world.
It might be that China and Russia already have things that don't work right that could set themselves off and kill millions already.
How would anyone know if this were true?
They wouldn't. A few programmers would but possibly not even them.
Flukes exist in the Computer world just like they exist in the Natural world too.
