I was doing some research online regarding domestic 3d printers. I spoke with my wife and her point of view would be that you could make your own bowls and cups but my thought is that the plastic being used might not be safe to eat off of. However, what I did find is that you could also even make plastic knives, forks and spoons if the plastic was safe to use like that for eating and things like that. Here is one device I found that is about 1200 dollars. It is interesting to me that it costs about what a regular paper 2d printer did 10 or 20 years ago. So I found this interesting as well.
