The danger here is ANY country using these things on Soldiers or civilians. I can see it moving towards civilians very fast now which is sort of horrific. With these things you could kill everyone or anything that moves around and there would be little if anything one could do to stop this as of now!
Because you simply cannot Jam a Fiber optic Drone because of it's direct connection to it's operator through the fiber optic cable. and they often can move 100 miles per hour. So, by the time someone sees this thing coming at them they likely are already dead within a few seconds. and it can fly really low below the radar also so if someone doesn't spot it in time they are simply dead and blown up by one of these "Flying Hand Grenades".
