If you were in Kenya and saw the racist way blacks and Hispanics are treated in the U.S. you would have no confidence in ANYTHING Trump was a part of either.
However, this might also mean that Ebola could get completely out of hand too because of this lack of confidence of ANYTHING to do with Trump's Government.
