the cold war never ended

Yes. The Soviet Union did end. Yes. democratic socialism came to Russia. Yes. china embraced capitalism.

But on any given day 30% to 50% of Russians and Chinese still basically believe like they did before 1989. Unfortunately, most of these people are either members of the Communist party in good standing in Russia and China or they are loyal supporters of the party and many are members of both governments.

The old Soviet Union said to the United States and Europe, "We will bury you." All my research these days demonstrates this philosophy is still alive and well in both Russia and China.

However, now it has changed slightly. It is more subtle and more deceitful. So it is a lot like the Cold War but more subtle. In other words China and Russia would like the Americans and europeans to be so disracted by Iraq and Afghanistan that we forget the real threats to our continued existence as a free nation.

Because of wanting access to 1.4 billion Chinese as customers American and Europen businessmen and women have consciously tried to suppress the truth of the insidiousness of China and Russia's actions. First, Georgia, Now cutting off natural gas to the Ukraine and europe, russia and china's weapons, especially missiles, in the hands of Hamas raining down on Israel every day. It is basically anything to destablize the western world by Russia and China, especially anything financial.

Our military is quite aware of all this going on. However, it isn't mentioned very much by American media. Because in the end what can we do: default on loans from China like Mexico, Central and South america did to the U.S. in the 1980s which triggered the Savings and Loan Crisis in the U.S. ?

A nuclear war will only extinct life on earth. However, it should be noted that China has done nuclear war models where enough of their people live on to rule the world after the holocaust. However, I don't think anyone would survive a nuclear war. However, everyone is going to believe what they believe and there is not much anyone can do to change them.

The Chinese strategy has been and always will be: If we destablize everyone else then we might be the only ones left standing.

Understanding this is wisdom. Not understanding this is the undoing of any nations that don't understand this.
