One of the potential reasons for not being able to lose weight and likely the biggest single cause in the human race here on earth is an allergy to gluten. For some reason if you are allergic to gluten your body just won't release weight until you just stop eating it. Also since 4 out of 10 people on Earth are allergic to gluten this likely makes sense too. So, after trying everything I could think of since about 47 years of age weight is finally dropping off me without even dieting at all. So, that likely means that the allergy to gluten prevented my body from feeling safe enough to lose weight.
This also makes sense because if you are allergic to gluten and don't know it long enough your immune system will attack your thyroid glands which will make you hypothyroid. Then if it still isn't diagnosed you eventually will move into Auto-immune diseases like Lupus and others. So, if you can't lose weight try stopping eating gluten. It might just save your LIFE! It did mine.
Another advantage especially over 40 years of age even if you are NOT allergic to gluten is that it will reduce much of your body pain considerably and make you feel lighter and younger. I was talking to a man working for us recently and he was telling me he originally thought he was allergic to gluten. But he eventually found he was allergic to something else. But he noticed while he was eating gluten free all his pain went away even his pain from his knee replacement surgery that he thought he was going to have to feel the rest of his life. He felt much younger and started playing tennis again for exercise which increased his health more too.
