You have a 40% chance of being allergic to gluten

So, basically everyone on earth has almost a 1 out of 2 chance of being allergic to gluten.

If you have read blog articles here at my blogsite before you might be getting tired about hearing about gluten allergies. But, if you were in my shoes you would want 40% of the people on earth who don't know they are allergic to gluten to realize they are allergic to gluten and stop eating it so they can feel good too and be able to lose weight. Not being able to lose weight is one of many symptoms of a gluten allergy.

And on top of this if you ever had or were exposed to Giardia with or without your knowledge you then have a 90% to 100% chance of being allergic to gluten. If you have hypothyroidism it might mean (a 50% to 80% chance) that you are allergic to gluten and the reason you have a hypothyroid condition could be that your immune system attacked your thyroid glands after you became allergic to gluten. And if this is what happened to you the next step if you don't eliminate gluten from your diet is auto-immune diseases like Lupus and others. If you don't stop gluten soon enough it will cause you to suffer in various ways and then you will die directly or indirectly from it. So, gluten allergy is something serious even if you don't have the fatal allergy to gluten called "Celiac's disease".

If you don't have the money or insurance for doctors one way to see if you are allergic to gluten is to eliminate all gluten from your diet for a day, week or month and see if you feel better. If your pain is less in all parts of your body and you start to lose weight when you couldn't before likely you are allergic to gluten.

In my case after 24 hours of no gluten at all 90% of all my tendonitis pain left my hands and I felt like in my 30s instead of feeling 65 like I am chronologically. So, if you are allergic to gluten you might feel like you are in your 30s too if you eliminate all gluten from your diet.
