Al Qaeda doesn't want to be associated with ISIL because they are too brutal even for Al Qaeda by lopping the heads off of literally anyone who doesn't go along with them 100% even Sunnis. So, now ISIL (without Al Qaeda) has 429 million dollars which is more than enough to nuke Assad, Maliki or Tehran.(or all three or some other country or city they don't like) LIke I said this is now getting serious in a way that 9-11 didn't even come close to.
Think Cuban Missile Crisis only with Middle east "Crazies" instead of relatively responsible countries like the Soviet Union and the U.S.
