Two towns south of Baghdad have been taken by ISIS cutting off supplies both ways to Basra and from Basra. This doesn't look good for Baghdad because basically ISIS is laying seige to Baghdad cutting off oil, food and water. So, most people will have to leave first Baghdad and then Basra if this sort of thing keeps up.
As one Kurdish Leader said, "Iraq has become a Nightmare!"
