By the way, experts have already predicted this will actually happen by 2020 to 2025.
So, I was thinking how you would write program to create something like this right now using quantum computers or regular supercomputers.
The program would likely have to try almost any combination of possibilities to reach a theoretical design that might replicate a human brain's power of computation within an Iphone. It's possible that something like this exists in a military or research facility already and just hasn't been declassified.
The Space Program through NASA and spinoffs from Roswell are what jump started our technology from the 1940s until now already.
So, I guess when people in the government feel it is safe for humans to have an Iphone with the smarts of a human being they will be available for us to buy, whenever that is.
