Civilization should always be about Kindness and compassion

Because whenever civilizations are not about that first primarily, then those civilizations can self destruct in various ways.

People need to survive. In order to survive education of children and young adults is the first kindness. Just like you teach children not to run and play on freeways full of cars so they don't become road kill, education of how people are going to survive and behave within that society and civilization is important to the group survival ongoing. The old need to help the young to survive because this is a kind and compassionate thing to do. Also, by the time the young grow up they mostly have learned that they need to take care of the older folks because one day they will need that care too near the ends of their lives. So, being kind to children and teaching them is important and being kind to older people who have been kind to their children is important too.

Civilizations prosper that teach kindness and compassion to young and old and who give enough freedom to each person to be healthy and to find a way to make a living. The more kind and helpful a society and civilization is the longer it will tend to last and the least likely it will be to fail over time.

Especially now, with Global warming and the resulting extreme climate changes up and down and extreme weather patterns, kind civilizations will have much more likelihood of survival than more unkind civilizations where opportunities are repressed for one or more groups.

So, it is in everyone's interests in the end to assure a kind and compassionate civilization in these times when everyone is going to be tested through droughts, floods, permafrost melting and temperatures going up and down a lot but generally over all up.

The world is creating a balance because ecosystem earth is alive and dynamic, and humans may or may not survive this rebalancing of earth as many people are wiped out by Global Warming and climate change worldwide.

So, the civilizations that are the kindest and most organized through education and natural resources will be the civilizations that more easily survive global warming and global climate change ongoing.

It also might be important to say that distress like we see in Syria, Iraq and Yemen is likely to spread because in the equatorial regions of the world it is expected that increased temperatures are going to reduce crop yields by 23%. So, as food becomes too expensive to buy and survive by the poorest they will have to struggle to survive and this likely will collapse many governments in the equatorial regions of the world over the next 50 years or more.

So, one way to look at refugees leaving the middle is is that it is a mass migration to cooler climates for survival beyond the war torn Middle East which might get much worse in places like Syria, Iraq, Yemen and others over time because of a 23% drop in crop yields.

So, those countries more north and south of the equator should expect millions of people to leave their homes in the equatorial regions and move both north of the equator and south of the equator whenever they realize fully what is happening. Mostly this will be people under the age of 30 or 40 who can more easily adapt because they are young enough.

But, those who survive best will tend to live in the kindest most compassionate civilizations worldwide who also have natural resources and are able to grow food still at lower prices than in the equatorial regions of the earth this century.
