I don't really think the Russian soldier who died killed himself either

I don't really think the first Russian Soldier hanged himself. However, if we go back to U.S. soldiers in Viet Nam they were lied to also, and this can cause conflicts in a war theater when you are not told the truth of what you are going to be doing and how many women and children you are going to be killing as collateral damage. It is inevitable that 75% of the deaths as Russia moves forward will be Women and children and this would upset anyone who was ordered to do this, especially after knowing the suffering of the people in Syria already which has basically ended Syria and Syrian antiquities at least in Syria for the time being. Because poorer women and children have only their fighters to protect them and nothing else. Bombs, Cluster bombs tank rounds etc. prevent any protection at all.
